Privacy policy

75hrd is a private pelvic-health program for adults. We collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and you can delete everything from inside the app.

What we don't collect

• No name, email address, phone number or contacts.
• No location, photos, microphone or camera.
• No advertising IDs, ad networks or third-party analytics.
• No Face ID data. Face ID or passcode checks happen on your phone; we only receive a yes or no from the operating system.

What we store

When you start, the app creates an anonymous account tied to a random secret kept on your phone. With it we store:

• Your age range (the decade you were born in, not your birthday) and the goal you picked.
• Your program start date, reminder time, which daily exercises you finished and how many minutes you did.
• Your weekly check-in answers (three 1-5 ratings and one yes/no safety question). These answers are encrypted before they are stored.
• Whether exercises are paused because you reported a warning sign.
• Your invite code and, if you joined with one, the code you used.

The same information is also saved on your phone so the app works offline.

Why

Only to run the program: keep your progress, show your trends and pause exercises if you report a warning sign. We don't use it for advertising or profiling.

Who processes it

Data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, which processes it on our behalf. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled on your phone. By default they use neutral wording that doesn't say what the app is for.

Your controls

• Export: You → Export my data gives you everything we hold about you.
• Delete: You → Delete account and all data permanently removes your data from your phone and our servers straight away.

Adults only

75hrd is for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Not medical care

75hrd is wellness education and exercise guidance. It does not diagnose or treat any condition.
